For Buyers:

Buyers pay minimal platform fees only after successful deal completion. No upfront charges or subscription fees are required for buyers.

For Sellers:

Sellers operate on a subscription-based model with tiered plans that include:

• Premium product showcase capabilities
• Advanced lead management tools
• Priority customer support
• Analytics and reporting features

All Users Must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Honor all agreements made through the Platform

As a logistics platform operating in India, we ensure compliance with:

• Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations
• Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) guidelines
• Customs Act and related procedures
• Transportation and warehousing regulations
• Data protection and privacy laws
• Consumer protection regulations

• Direct transactions between buyers and sellers
• Quality of goods or services provided by third parties
• Delays in shipments or deliveries
• Customs clearance issues
• Force majeure events

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these terms, illegal activities, or breach of platform policies. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time with proper notice.
